This auto shop has great customer service. They are reliable, prompt and very courteous, not to mention super close to where I live so it is very convenient. Prices are fair and comparable, but with mcphail I know I can count on the job being done correctly.

Having my tires pressure off on a workday morning, I had to stop by to get them checked. I was surprised by the hospitality, and surely the prompt support. Not only that they checked the single tire that was off but all of them; made sure they were all okay before I go. Went in to pay for the service and they dint want any money since it was a quick check-up. Our community thrives with businesses like these when they put their care and passion first! After reading so many amazing reviews in my neighbourhood’s facebook group, I decided to call them today when a potential problem arose with my car. Even though they were busy, they were able to fit me in and serviced my car within a couple hours of the call. Everyone that I spoke to was very friendly and polite! They were upfront about the cost associated with each service that was being completed, and I found the pricing to be very fair. When I asked about the possibility to pick up my car the following day due to being unable to get it before they closed, they offered to drive it to my house for me!!! They also offer a complimentary car wash as the cherry on top of already great service! I’m happy to have found McPhail Auto and will definitely be back again!

This was the first time visiting McPhails automotive.I needed service for my Honda Accords A/C system which was working intermittently.. A very positive experience right from beginning to the end. The owner Scott personally looks at your vehicle while listening to your concerns...He explains possible remedies to fix the problem and a basic estimate in cost and time frame to repair... When you pick up your vehicle Scott goes over a detailed list of what was required to fix the problem from diagnosis to parts and labour.... Your even receive a complimentary car wash!.. They also give a follow up call a few days later to see if everything is still working fine... A top notch experience with top notch customer service!...

McPhail Auto Service is my vehicle repair facility. The entire staff, from Front Desk to Service Bays to the Administrative staff make you feel very welcome and comfortable. The service I receive every time I am there is absolutely fantastic. The technicians listen to and respect the customer requests, at no time do you feel pressured into decisions that you really don’t want or need. They perform the duties needed, and if necessary they will make you aware of anything that needs to be watched. Your vehicle is returned with the repairs done and a fresh wash. Second service visit to McPhail, and I'm impressed by the communication and the use of technology for helping clients see and understand the work being done. First visit involved a big job on brakes, second was relatively small, related to exhaust. They were able to accommodate me quickly and on the day of service contacted me through the day with updates. No work was done without contacting me first, and I was left with no surprises. Recommend their service fully.

I wanted to support a local business for some help I needed with some routine maintenance and to repair a stripped wheel stud. Booking an appointment with McPhail was easy and I got an appointment quickly. Shortly after dropping my truck off they followed up with some advice on what needed attention urgently and what could be monitored, backed up with digital pictures of what they saw. They informed me of costs before any work was done. The price for the work that did was fair - they also did some digging to find me better pricing on these parts I needed. I'm super happy with the quality of the work and the service overall - I've just found my new go-to shop.

Excellent work on the brakes on all wheels. Had an issue with the oil pressure sensor that was harder to diagnose, but they did find the issue an replaced the oil sensor.
